Our annual Veterans Day program will be on Friday, November 7, 2025, at 10 am in the VPAC. Parents and the community are invited to attend. This coming week, students will bring home a form asking about veterans in their families. Pictures will be added to our Wall of Veterans, and addresses will be used to send an invitation to attend. This is an outstanding thing our school does for the community, and we hope you will join us as we salute our veterans!

Congratulations to the Focus Chorus and Focus Theatre students who performed at the "Excerpts" Concert on Tuesday, October 21st! A really neat evening of theatre and music, and a true showcase of the talent present at AJMS! Thank you to all of the teachers, parents, and community members who came to support these students! Kudos to Ms Pederson, Theatre Director, for her special contributions to make this a fantastic performance. WE ARE AJ!

On October 18th, Focus Chorus and Focus Theatre students went to the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center to see the HIT Broadway show, Wicked. This was an awesome opportunity to see LIVE professional theatre and be inspired by the performances of others. In a world that is readily supplied with recorded performances, experiencing something LIVE has such an academic impact! Great opportunities abound in the Fine Arts Focus Program at AJMS! Like the theme of Wicked, it is "For Good."
